Hi everybody! Today's video is about a topic that people don't like to live in general, it's about jet lag.

We realize when we did not sleep very well that we can generally work physically more or less normally. That is to say that the body seems to have recharged which will allow it to operate normally. That is to say, to walk, to move to speak. But, we realize that we have a decrease in the senses, so especially at the level of the brain. So the sight, the hearing, the attention and the memory are less efficient. So we start searching our words, hesitating. We have mild loss of memory because there is not enough nervous recharge, so that all up there works perfectly.

So when that does not work well, there is no point in lamenting, instead, let’s figure out how to take advantage of this situation.

When our brain is well recharged, that we have enough nervous energy, that we are in great shape, because we slept well and have no jet lag, it will perform fully its main role of filtering information. And I'm not only talking about the information that reaches us through the five senses, so through the sight of hearing through the touch by smell. No, I also include all the information that we do not perceive consciously but that comes from everywhere, we are literally bombarded of information from the immaterial world.

If our brain did not act as a filter, well we would be completely crazy, all locked up in psychiatric asylums.

We really need this filtering that our brain operates between all the information that reaches us in order to be able to live a normal life, the one we have elected to live and judged to be a normal life for us.

So when the brain does has not benefited from a good night's sleep and therefore a good nervous recharge, it will fulfill this filtering much less efficiently, so this is the right time to do all the things for which you usually have blocks. Because when the brain does not have enough energy, it will not be able to maintain strongly your inhibitions your blocks. So you can take advantage of this side effect of a jet lag to do things for which you are usually shy or inhibited.

This is an advantage of the jet lag. Another very important advantage of jet lag for working on your dreams, well, it's that self hypnosis, so the methods of self hypnosis that I teach in my books, and that I advise to use in the evening just when we are going to fall asleep, well you can use them all day long when you are tired due a jet lag or a sleepless night.

Why? Because the brain filtering is much less effective in blocking the information that reaches you, so they will pass much more easily towards the unconscious. So when you are enduring a jet lag, this is the right moment to read personal development books, read your techniques, your little texts of self-hypnosis. Prepare them for when you are going back from a long trip that will cause you a jet lag.
